Stern is kind of like pornography. You may not like him, but his rights are just as important as yours; in fact, they're one and the same.
Last time I checked, that new-fangled "radio" device came with switches or knobs--they enable the listener, should he or she not like what is coming out of the speakers, to change the channel, or simply turn it off altogether. Michael Powell doesn't think that you're smart enough to do either of those. That's what I love about Republicans--less government intrusion into individuals' lives.
