Donald Rumsfeld Is an Idiot

How can this man be Secretary of Defense? I mean, he launches a major offensive in a well-armed urban area, and then is shocked, shocked to find that US troops have taken heavy casualties? WTF???

Demonstrated incompetence is rewarded yet again by this President.
