A Hernando judge Monday threw out the case against a 46-year-old woman accused of driving drunk while operating her wheelchair.

I was reading this article because I'm a law student and I thought it was interesting. But take a look at the last sentence.

She was charged with animal cruelty after she was accused of biting the head off a python last May.

Um. Wait. So she . . . Hold on a sec . . .
